CUTTING

After the customization of customer patterns, 1. The FID team can check the fabric standardization. 2. issue fabric to the cutting operator. 3. The cutting operator lays down fabric and makes layers according to order quantity and starts cutting.

PRINTING & EMBRIODERY

After completing the cutting, send it to the RFI (Ready to Induction) Store. Perform all the printing, embroidery, embossing, & debossing on the latest machines. Trained staff check each piece for quality control After the process, re-bundle the cutting

STITCHING

Cutting issue from RFI (Ready to Induction) Store to Stitching Supervisor. Stiching Opreator Stitch all the panels and assemble the garment. Use the latest thread cutter machines. Check the technical sheet for guidance.

FINISHING & PACKING

After the quality process, the garment will go to the finishing and packing department, where staff can pack the garment with the required procedure & tag cards.

Final Checking

At the end, garments will be checked by the best-qualified final checking members. Check here if any error Found the garmnet sent for the repair.

After making the garment, the quality guy checks the whole spec of garment according to the size chart of the customer.

Design the Garment Garments

Firstly, make the design. Define all the Opreations & Process. Define color combos. Finilizing the fabrics & materials.

Customize the Patterns

After finalizing the design, the pattern master makes the pattern. Pattern will be according to the Customer Or Garment fittings.

Sample making

Cut the sample, apply the process according to the sample. Stitching starts under the supervision of the R&D head.

Sample Quality & Dispatching

After making the sample, the R&D Team (Pattern Master, R&D Members) checks and reviews the sample. Check changes according to the design.
